FAQ

How does your loyalty program work?

One must register for the program and be able to log in and look up their points from time to time.  They can spend them in the store just like coupon code.  It applies to every product in the store and there only two exclusions are wholesale purchases and subscription services, as both of those have the reward discounts built into the purchase price.

How many points do we get?

For every $10 purchase, there is ten cents of purchasing power awarded through the loyalty points program.  1% of all your purchases comes back to you to use in our store.

Are there any restrictions on when I can use my points?

There is no time restriction, the points don’t expire.  And there are no product limitations, the points can be used for any and all products in the store.  The only exclusion is that the points cannot be used for wholesale or subscription purchases.
