A pocketbook of customs demonstrating how the Sisters blend new-age spirituality with ancient wisdom.
Many forces came together to bring this book to the people. One, we catch flack from Catholic nuns about our 8 1/2 x 11" printer papers that we bring to the fire circle to guide our words and songs during the ceremony. Secondly, we always planned to publish a book of our customs and beliefs and services and ceremonies, but we knew we would be binding many years together and there would be many volumes over the years. This book contains some things that will never change. Thus, this will be an essential book for all future ceremonies. We hope to see the sisters and brothers years from now with worn-down books from use and more use. This book is volume I in a series of books. The section titles will change, as we don't need to marriage ceremonies, and each volume covers four years of ceremony readings. This book covers the readings and ceremonies that began in January of 2015 under the first full moon and continued through the last full moon of 2019. The first four years of the Sisterhood. The first book ever of the New Beguines.
