The Sisters of the Valley CBD Salve & Seed Small bundle contains:

• One 2-ounce jar of topical salve (approx. 250 mg of CBD per jar)
• One seed packet (12 seeds)
• 1 palo santo sage bundle for use in prayer, cleansing and meditation.

Volume
2 oz. of CBD topical salve.  Application size:  1/2 tsp (2.5 mg)  Approx. 20 servings per two-ounce jar.  Each application has approximately 12.5 mg of CBD.

Dosage
Contains > 250 mg of CBD per tin.  A single dose for most people is 1/2 tsp (2.5 mg). Apply as many times as needed to the affected area for pain.  If it is being used for a skin condition, the application amount should be much smaller (1/8th to 1/10th of a tsp) and only once a day.

The CBD topical cream is made with hemp-based CBD, coconut oil, beeswax, Vitamin E, calendula, olive oil and a choice of scent:  lavender or mint.

How the Sisters of the Palo Santo Holy Sticks are made
We make the bundles within a prayerful environment. We use these before, during, and after moon cycle rituals, as well as when we make our products, when we make the products and when we bottle and label.

How to use the Palo Santo Holy Wood Incense Sticks

• Palo santo may be burned, similar to incense, by lighting shavings of palo santo wood.
• The charcoal of palo santo sticks can also be used for ritual smudging.
• Palo Santo can also be simmered in hot water and drank as a tea.

How to use the Palo Santo Holy Wood Stick for smudging

• Remove ribbon before burning.
• Use a candle, match or lighter to ignite your stick of Palo Santo.
• Hold at about a 45 degree angle pointing the tip down toward the flame.
• Allow it to burn for a half minute or a minute and then blow it out.
• Move about the space you wish to energize or clean. The rich smell is believed to bring peace and clarity.
• When finished, place the stick in a fire proof bowl of metal, glass or clay. The glow will end on its own unless you blow on the ember which will keep the smoke going.

Storage instructions
