CBN gelcaps were formulated to be a sleeping aide.  These should not be taken if the intention is to be active, but rather when the intention is to prepare for sleep.

What the Sisters of The Valley CBN gelcaps are made from
The gelcaps are filled with hemp plant concentrate extracted with organic liquid coconut oil.  There are no other additives or ingredients.  CBN is formed from aged, dried, THC on and in the buds of the plant.  Scientists have isolated the CBN as the compound that causes drowsiness.  This formulation is specifically for sleep.

In order to get the CBN from natural whole plant medicine, the formula naturally results in more CBD than CBN.   The Sisters’ CBD gelcaps have a ratio of 1.5 to 1.0 of CBD to CBN.  Others have a wider spread of 3:1 and some don’t mention CBD, and might be using isolated CBN crystals.

How the  Sisters of The Valley CBN gelcaps are made
The Sisters of the Valley make all their products by moon cycles, to honor their ancient mothers. All products are prepared in a spiritual environment, with prayers for the people sown into every bottle and jar.

Each gelcap is a single serving and contains ~14 mg of CBD, ~9 mg of CBN, ~1 mg of CBC and 1 mg of CBG.  Each gelcap contains CBD+CBN+CBC+CBG 14+9+1+1 = 25 mg.

Volume
Choose the smaller bottle with 50 gelcaps, or the larger size with 100 gelcaps.  A single-gelcap serving yields 50 servings from the small bottle and 100 from the large bottle.

Dosage
Dosage is very individual and based on many factors.  One to two gelcaps is the normal nighttime dosage for most adults.  The Sisters encourage people to start with one and take a second if the one doesn't give the desired result.  Large people or people dealing with chronic insomnia may require three, but we warn that for most people, more than two before bedtime will result in a morning-after drowsiness that doesn't come from one or two caps.

Product formulation

Contains hemp concentrate extracted with liquid coconut oil. All gelcaps are vegan.  The vegan capsules are made of reverse osmosis purified water, cassava root extract and vegetable glycerin.
