Subscriptions Management
Subscriptions are purchase options we offer for our products, and they include the following:
One-time purchase - You are charged once for the quantity of product you selected. The product(s) will be shipped to your address once per purchase.
3 months subscription - You will be charged (with 10% discount of the original price) every 3 consecutive months for the quantity of product you selected. The product(s) will be shipped to your address every month for 3 months. The subscription will expire in the 4th month from the start of subscription, and you will have to resume your subscription from your members portal.
6 months subscription - You will be charged (with 15% discount of the original price) every 6 consecutive months for the quantity of product you selected. The product(s) will be shipped to your address every month for 6 months. The subscription will expire in the 7th month from the start of subscription and you will have to resume your subscription from your members portal.
12 months subscription - You will be charged (with 20% discount of the original price) every 12 consecutive months for the quantity of product you selected. The product(s) will be shipped to your address every month for 12 months. The subscription will expire in the 13th month from the start of subscription, and you will have to resume your subscription from your members portal.
How to manage subscriptions:
In order to manage your subscriptions, log in to your customer portal via this link: https://api.paybybankful.com/customer/merchant/13010
This is the same link you received in your welcome email when you started your subscription with us. If you haven’t set up your account yet, please click on the link above and enter the email address you use for purchases, and set up a password.
Once you are logged in, you will be presented with a panel containing all of your subscriptions:
There you will have the ability to skip or stop your current subscriptions.
Stop - to cancel the subscription, but to keep it in your panel inactive so you can resume it anytime in the future.
Skip - to skip the next billing.
To see your inactive subscriptions, click on the dropdown above the table in your members panel and click on “All subscriptions”.
